We’re excited to share that our redeveloped park will open on the 17th December, 2021, in time for school holidays!

Bookings are now open via our website. As our reception is still undergoing refurbishment, our phone lines are unmanned.

The below details have been compiled to help answer any questions you may have.

Booking FAQ’s

The park will re-open 17th December 2021, in time for school holidays. 

The only way to secure your site or accommodation is through an online booking on our website. As our reception building is still undergoing final refurbishments, it is not open and our phones are not manned.

You can make a booking 364 days in advance, meaning that your departure day must be within 364 days of the date you are making your booking.  

Yes, there is minimum length of stay requirements for all accommodation and sites types and set check-in dates for sites during busy school holiday periods. Please refer to table below.

Our website does not currently allow you to make group bookings.  

For your best chance to secure side by side accommodation or sites, we recommend that each family book their own site/accommodation and then have a representative of your group email our team at with your groups booking numbers at the earliest convenience. Our team will then endeavour to situate you next to each other.  Please allow 3-5 business days for an email response.

Our website allows you to book only one room or site at a time.

Please follow the above direction when trying to book multiple rooms or sites.  

Yes, RAC members save up to 20% on accommodation, this includes sites. Discount does vary according to the season. To make it easier we have created an RAC discount calendar located here.

Yes, we are a BIG 4 Affiliate Park. We offer 10% off standard rates capped at $50.

Park FAQ’s

As our villas and studios are still being built, we don’t have photos of them just yet. As soon as the rooms are ready, images will be added to our website. We have supplied floor plans for your convenience.

In regards to our 2 and 3 Bedroom Bay Villas, you can expect a similar layout to our Villa accommodation at RAC Cervantes Holiday Park and RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort.
In regards to our Studios and Bay Studios, you can expect a similar product to our Blue Reef Studios at RAC Exmouth Holiday Park. 

The park has roughly 170 sites, each measuring approximately 12 x 9m. We won’t be adding any more sites, however we will be converting 8 existing sites to ensuite sites with private bathrooms.

Absolutely. Not only is the park pet friendly, but we will be offering our first pet friendly cabins for those who can’t bear to leave their furry family members behind! 

Pet friendly two bed cabins 

We have refurbished two of the park’s existing cabins to be suitable for up to 4 guests and 2 pets. Our standard pet policy will apply along with some additional guidelines.  

Caravan and camping sites  

Much like our other pet friendly Parks & Resorts, up to 2 pets will be accepted on our caravan and camping sites.  

We will also be offering an onsite RAC dog wash to keep you pooch feeling fresh after a day at the beach.  

Yes. Making the park more accessible friendly was a priority for us during the redevelopment. 

Accessible cabin:  

The park will offer a fully self-contained 2-bedroom accessible villa that sleeps up to 5 people and is located on the ocean side of the park, with views over Esperance Bay. Bedrooms feature 1 queen bed, 1 single bunk and 1 single bed. The cabin has been designed with large clear spaces and widened door frames to allow for wheelchair access. Other accessible features include ramp access, fully accessible bathroom with grab rails and cleared basin access, as well as accessible friendly kitchen and outdoor furniture.  There is a nearby ACROD approved park bay 15meters from the villa front door.  

Other accessible features around the park include:  

Wide access doors and a lowered desk height area in the reception building.
Ramp access to all communal buildings and supporting footpaths throughout the property.
Lowered benchtops in camp kitchen.
Accessible chair lift for swimming pool entry.
Fully accessible bathrooms adjoined to recreation room and all ablution blocks. These bathrooms feature cleared access around bathroom features, grab rails at both showers and toilets, fold down seats to showers and 800mm wall mounted basins with cleared underneath access for wheelchair users.
Accessible cubicle in all ablution blocks to accommodate wheelchair access.

There is no café or restaurant at the park. Our Reception building will include a general store that will sell a small selection of grocery items, souvenirs, ice-creams, cold drinks and newspapers. There is a coffee van that operates from the front of the park and town centre is a short 15 minute walk away.  


There will be a brand-new nature playground located on the ocean side of the park, next to the swimming pool. It will feature a wooden fort, boat, stilt steppers and basket swing, all located within the park’s entertainment precinct so the whole family can enjoy the nearby Recreation room, Camp kitchen and BBQ area whilst the kids play.  

Parent Rooms 

Each of the park’s amenities buildings features a purpose-built parent’s bathroom with bathtub, children’s toilet and changing table.  

Car parking

Each of our villas and studios are allocated one parking bay. Each of our caravan and camping sites allow space for one car also. Visitor parking is available out the front of the park on Goldfields Road. 

Boat parking

We are a small park and space is limited. Space for boat parking is at the managers discretion. Please contact our team at to enquire. 

Yes, free WIFI will be available throughout the park.  

Our camp kitchen will have all the facilities you can expect from a new RAC Parks & Resorts camp kitchen. It will include fridgeselectric stove tops, ovens, microwaves, toasters and hot water earns for guest use. It does not include cooking equipment such as pots and pans, utensils, or cutlery. Please bring your own cooking equipment. 

Yes. We will have a small number of porta cots and highchairs available for hire. To request this equipment, please place a comment on your booking when you make it online.   

Our villas contain all the basic equipment in your home kitchen. White goods and appliances include stove top, oven, microwave, fridgekettle, toaster, electric frypan, iron, ironing board and washing machine. Other cooking equipment includes cutlery, crockery, coffee mugs, glassware (water, wine and champagne glasses), measuring jug, saucepans, frypans, cutting board, can opener, peeler, masher, whisk, strainer, colander, mixing bowls, salad tongs, spatulas and heat safe cooking utensils, BBQ tongs and spatulas 

With the park still undergoing final development works, we cannot 100% guarantee a full school holiday program at this stage. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for any updates – this will be the first place we share this information.
