It’s been an exciting phase in the redevelopment of RAC Esperance Holiday Park with our first buildings officially on site. We’ve been sharing regular updates on the progress via our RAC Esperance Holiday Park Facebook and RAC Parks & Resorts Instagram pages and have received an overwhelming response of excitement and positivity from RAC members and fellow Esperance fans.
We’ve also been listening to your feedback and trying to incorporate it into our development to ensure our members have the best experience possible. Esperance holds a treasured place in many of our memories, and we’re working hard to ensure that our Park welcomes you home with as much warmth as you remember it.

Arrival of Bay Villas to Esperance
We have welcomed our first Bay Villas to site, with the remaining Villas due to arrive by the end of September. These 2 and 3 bedroom fully self-contained and air-conditioned villas are located on the ocean side of our Park. The Bay Villas offer a great opportunity to enjoy a relaxing BBQ on your private veranda while taking in views of stunning Esperance Bay.
We are proud to welcome the arrival of a fully self-contained 2 Bedroom Accessible Villa, which sleeps up to 5 and is also located on the ocean side of the Park. The room features all the premium accommodation facilities that you love about RAC Parks and Resorts, with fully accessible features, such as lowered kitchen benchtops, widened door frames, accessible friendly indoor and outdoor dining settings and gold standard concrete pathways leading from a dedicated ACROD approved parking bay.

Creating safe, connected experiences at RAC Esperance Holiday Park
Internal safe roads
Commencing early September is the reconstruction of the Park’s internal roads, with new road kerbing, line markings and footpaths paving the way for safer driving. New permeable grass pavers will also be laid for parking areas, with all the groundwork scheduled for installation throughout October.
Shared use paths
With our guests’ safety front of mind, we have been working closely with the Shire of Esperance to facilitate the design and construction of necessary infrastructure upgrades along Goldfields Road to ensure safe pedestrian and cyclist access to and from our park, linking it with the Shire’s extensive Shared Use Path network and providing safe crossing to the beach for guests to enjoy the beautiful Esperance Bay and jetty precinct.
What’s to come?
Camp kitchen
Avid RAC guests would know that at the heart of all our Parks and Resorts are our camp kitchens and Esperance will be no exception. Our brand new state-of-the-art camp kitchen has just arrived and once operational will feature plentiful electric cooktop stoves and ovens and generous fridge space enabling you to cook up a storm with your fresh catch of the day.
Recreation room
Our Recreation Room is on schedule for arrival to site in early September and is set to be the destination for many family games tournaments. If the competition gets too fierce, simply sit back, relax and socialise while you take in the views of the pool and Esperance Bay.
Pool construction
On another exciting note, our pool construction kicks off in early September and we’re looking forward to completing this sparkling blue gem in the Esperance crown.

Dog wash at RAC Esperance Holiday Park
RAC members love their furry, four-legged companions and consider them part of the family. As our caravan and camping sites are pet-friendly, RAC Esperance Holiday Park will also feature an on-site dog wash so you can wash away the days’ worth of sand and salt from your pup before venturing back to your campsite. The dog wash will be conveniently located near the games room and camp kitchen for easy access to all guests.
