Ideal for families or groups of friends, The Grand apartment overlooks the tropical gardens with pool and ocean views. The ground floor apartment contains a queen bed, three single beds and a double bed with an overhead single bunk, sleeping a maximum of eight guests across two bedrooms. Accommodation facilities of this pool and ocean view studio include a kitchenette with fridge, stovetop, oven and microwave, free Wi-Fi, dining area, a bathroom, washing machine, and a TV with in-house movies. Plus, enjoy access to a private BBQ whilst taking in the views from your veranda. The apartment is also air conditioned and is just a short stroll from our BBQ areas, café, and bar.

Check-in from 2pm daily. Reception is open until 7pm, if you are arriving outside of reception hours you can register for contactless check-in.

Check-out is at 10am daily.

Parking

One car is permitted per reservation. Visitors may leave their car in the guest car park.

Payment info

You are able to pay via credit card, BPay, gift card or payment plan. When booking online, you will be asked to pay 1 nights deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is required 3 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is within 7 days of your booking being placed, you will be required to pay in full upfront.

Booking cancellations

You can cancel your booking up to 72hrs prior to arrival without penalty. Bookings cancelled within 72hrs of arrival will incur the cost of your first night’s stay.

Q Can I request to stay next to my friends or family?

Our website does not currently allow you to make group bookings.

For your best chance to secure side by side accommodation or sites, we recommend that each family book their own site/accommodation and then have a representative of your group email our team with your groups booking numbers at the earliest convenience. Our team will then endeavour to situate you next to each other. Please allow 3-5 business days for an email response.

Q When can I book school holidays?

Q How do I claim my RAC member discount?

When booking online, enter your RAC member number in step 2 of the booking process. You can find your RAC member number on your member card, on your bill or by logging into myRAC. The RAC member discount is only available when booking direct.
