Once you have made a booking, you have entered into a contract with the Esperance Seafront Caravan Park. For accommodation bookings you will be required to leave a credit card number as a security bond when you check in. In the absence of a credit card, a $100 cash bond will be required. This will only be returned once the room has been inspected by management at the time of check out.
Please be aware that after full payment no refunds for early departures.
Excessive noise after 10pm will not be tolerated by management.
All visitors to the park must vacate the grounds by 10pm.
No fires are allowed on park grounds. This includes fire buckets and coal barbeques.
The signatory is personally responsible for all charges/damages and responsible for all occupants that stay, including visitors to the accommodation/site. The signatory must be the registered guest, staying the whole duration of the booking. The signatory agrees to all Terms & Conditions and takes full responsibility for registered guests staying in accommodation/site and any visitors for the duration of the stay.
Esperance Seafront Caravan Park is not responsible for the loss, damage or stolen personal items brought onto the grounds by registered guests or visitors.
Should for any reason additional cleaning be required or damages be incurred as a result of your stay, the credit card provided will be deducted according to the allocated amount.
Strictly no smoking inside the cabins
Management reserves the right to refuse a booking, or terminate a stay, at any point.
Notice of Cancellations must be received in writing. This can be via; letter, email or fax.
For cabins and accommodation: if a booking is cancelled with more than 7 days notice, prior to check in, the option will be given to transfer your booking to another time within 12 months to avoid losing your deposit. If you are unable to transfer your dates, you will forfeit your deposit which is equivalent to one nights stay. Cancelling your booking with less than 7 days notice results in the loss of all monies paid.
Caravan or camping sites: if a booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, prior to check-in, the option will be given to transfer your booking to another time within 12 months to avoid losing your deposit. If unable to transfer dates to another time within 12 months, you forfeit your deposit , which is equivalent to one nights stay. Cancelling your booking with less than 48 hours notice results in the loss of all monies paid.
No refunds apply for late cancellations or for amendments to bookings following check in. This means that if you choose to leave earlier than expected after you have checked in, you are not entitled to a refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ALL OUR ONLINE BOOKINGS, THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY – SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR DATES CAREFULLY.
Cabins – Minimum of 7 days notice
Sites – Minimum of 48 hours notice
Online Bookings- full payment due on booking.
Park Direct Bookings- first night to be paid on booking and full payment due on arrival.
Compassionate cancellations are assessed individually.
Management reserves the right to assess each situation on an individual basis.
