Terms and Conditions: Swim with a humpback competition

    1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
    1. Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
    2. Employees of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM) and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.  Employees of all divisions of RAC and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,  step-grandparent, uncle,  aunt,  niece,  nephew,  brother,  sister,  step- brother,  step-sister  or first  cousin.
    1. The competition commences 17th May 2017 at 9am (AWST) and concludes on the 12th July 2017 at 5pm (‘the competition period’).
    2. To enter the competition entrants must visit parksandresorts.rac.com.au/win during the competition period and enter the competition via the online application.
    3. Entrants acknowledge that by entering the competition, their details will be added to the entry list. Information will not be passed to any third party and entrants can remove their entry at any time.
    1. The prize includes 2 return flights from Perth to Exmouth (including transfers), two adult humpback whale swims in Exmouth, four night’s accommodation for two people at RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park and a $100 voucher to spend at Exmouth’s newest brewery Froth. Additional persons, facilities, activities and services are not included in the prize.
    2. Travel for low-high season only. Excludes premium season.
    3. This prize must be taken before 31 December 2017 and is subject to availability. If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before 31 December 2018, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited.
    4. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    1. Entrants, who have successfully entered the competition in accordance with the terms and conditions, will be selected at the office of Australian Tourist Park Management, Suite 4, 277 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont, WA, 6104.
    2. The draw will be a computerized draw using the Random Number Generator and will take place at Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM) WA support office.
    3. The winner will be announced on the 18th July 2017 via phone and/or email. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited. Upon claiming the prize, the winner may be announced on RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park Facebook page and possibly in other forms of marketing such as in an e-newsletter.
    1. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or hinders the promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, civil unrest, strike or act of terrorism, the promoter may cancel or postpone the competition.
    2. ATPM, RAC and associated holiday parks and resorts take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
    3. ATPM, RAC and associated holiday parks and resorts will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
