If you’re looking to rebook a park or resort not listed here, please ask at reception upon arrival.

Q Who are anytime repeat bookings available to?
A
If you have an active booking outside the WA school holidays, you will have the opportunity to book the same dates for the following year on arrival. If your booking falls within the WA school holidays, you can find more information here.

Q How far in advance can I book?
A
Our anytime repeat booking process allows guests to book for the same dates the following year, but guests cannot book more than one year in advance.

Q When can I rebook?
A
To secure your preferred dates, you must rebook for the following year upon arrival. We open bookings to all other guests 364 days in advance, so it is essential to book on day one of your stay to ensure you don’t miss out for the following year.

Q Do I need to pay a deposit?
A
Yes, a small deposit is required at time of booking.

Q Is my deposit refundable if I cancel?
A
Yes, our flexible booking policy applies to anytime repeat bookings and your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours prior to your stay.

Q Can I change my dates slightly for the following year?
A
On arrival, you can only rebook the same dates for the following year, however extensions and changes to your booking can occur 364 in advance.

Q Can I change my accommodation when I rebook?
A
No, you must rebook the same dates in the same room or site category. Upgrades to another category can occur within the 364 day booking window, subject to availability.

Q My dates fall within the WA school holidays, is my deposit non-refundable?
A
Any repeat bookings that falls within the WA school holiday period are subject to the Repeat Booking terms and conditions.
