Q:
Can I request to stay next to my friends or family?

Our website does not currently allow you to make group bookings.
For your best chance to secure side by side accommodation or sites, we recommend that each family book their own site/accommodation and then have a representative of your group email our team with your groups booking numbers at the earliest convenience. Our team will then endeavour to situate you next to each other. Please allow 3-5 business days for an email response.

When can I book school holidays?

Due to high volume demand, we have a repeat booking and release process in place for school holiday periods. Find out more about school holiday bookings here.

How do I claim my RAC member discount?

A:
When booking online, enter your RAC member number in step 2 of the booking process. You can find your RAC member number on your member card, on your bill or by logging into myRAC. The RAC member discount is only available when booking direct.

What is RAC Cable Beach Holiday Park’s cancellation policy?

A:
You can cancel up to 72hrs prior to your arrival without penalty.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival will forfeit the cost of your first night’s stay.

What payment options are available at RAC Cable Beach Holiday Park?

You can choose to pay by credit card, BPAY, lay-by or gift voucher.

Do check-in and check-out restrictions apply over certain periods?

A:
Yes, bookings for all sites during the peak travel season (June to August annually) have a minimum 3-night stay and must arrive and depart on a Monday or Friday.

Is the park pet-friendly?

A:
We have pet-friendly powered sites available. Pets must be included in your booking, which you can do by adding them to the guest drop down when you place your booking online. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times while in the park and must not be left unattended.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am.
Please note that our reception closes at 4pm during the wet season. If you are arriving after this time, please get in touch with our team ahead of your stay to organise after-hours check-in.
We will also provide you with an after-hours or emergency contact number upon your arrival for added peace of mind.

Our reception hours vary by season. Currently, our reception hours are from 9am – 4pm, seven days a week.

Can I arrive after hours?

A:
Yes. If you are planning on arriving after our reception is closed, we can organise an after-hours check-in for you.
Please get in touch with our team ahead of your stay to organise this.

How many cars can I bring?

One car parking bay is allocated per cabin, studio, or site.
If you are bringing additional cars, please contact our friendly team ahead of your stay to check parking availability.

Are airport transfers available?

A:
No, we do not offer airport transfers. However, Broome Transit offer transfers to and from our park. You can book a transfer upon your arrival, or prebook via the instructions on their website.

Is there a bus service into town?

A:
Yes, a bus service stops near our park and connects to the Broome town centre. It runs hourly during off-peak season and half-hourly during peak season.

How close is the nearest beach?

The closest beach is the iconic Cable Beach, which is within a short walk of our park.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

A:
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi around the park. However, please note that the town of Broome experiences high demand for network services during peak season. As a result, you may experience slow speeds on our Wi-Fi and also on your 4G network.

Are bikes and scooters allowed?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your bike and/or scooter with you.
Please note that helmets are mandatory and rules for use within the park must be adhered to.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have a camp laundry. Washing and drying machines are available for guest use for a small fee. Clotheslines are also available.

Do you have groceries available to buy?

We don’t sell groceries at the park. However, Cable Beach General Store is positioned on the corner of our property and offers a full range of groceries and sundries.

Is there accessible accommodation and is the park wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any accessible accommodation currently.

Are there BBQ facilities?

Yes, we offer BBQ facilities throughout the park.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a 19m saltwater swimming pool for you to enjoy during your stay.
Please remember to bring your own pool towels.

Is linen provided in cabin and studio accommodation?

Yes, all linen is provided for you.
Please note that we do not offer pool towels, so you will need to bring these with you.

Do you have a dump point on site?

Yes, we have a dump point available that is easily accessible to all caravan and camping sites.

Can I use my generator?

A:
No. The use of generators is not permitted within the park. However, please note that our powered caravan and camping sites offer 240 volts/15-amp power.

What is in the camp kitchen?

A:
Our camp kitchen is equipped with kettles, toasters, microwaves BBQs, fridges, and hot water.
Please note we do not have communal pots, pans, cutlery, or cooking utensils, so make sure to bring these with you.
