Can I request to stay next to my friends or family?

Our website does not currently allow you to make group bookings.
For your best chance to secure side by side accommodation or sites, we recommend that each family book their own site/accommodation and then have a representative of your group email our team with your groups booking numbers at the earliest convenience. Our team will then endeavour to situate you next to each other. Please allow 3-5 business days for an email response.

When can I book school holidays?

Due to high volume demand, we have a repeat booking and release process in place for school holiday periods. Find out more about school holiday bookings here.

How do I claim my RAC member discount?

A:
When booking online, enter your RAC member number in step 2 of the booking process. You can find your RAC member number on your member card, on your bill or by logging into myRAC. The RAC member discount is only available when booking direct.

What is Ningaloo Reef Resort’s cancellation policy?

A:
You can cancel up to 72hrs prior to your arrival without penalty.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival will forfeit the cost of your first night’s stay.

You can choose to pay by credit card, BPAY, lay-by or gift voucher.

Is Ningaloo Reef Resort pet-friendly?

No, our resort is not pet-friendly.

Do you offer caravan or camp sites?

No, we do not have caravan or camping sites available at the resort.
Instead, we offer a range of apartments and studios which you can book online.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am.
Please note that our reception closes at 7pm. If you are arriving after this time, please get in touch with our team ahead of your stay to organise after-hours check-in.
We will also provide you with an after-hours or emergency contact number upon your arrival for added peace of mind.

Our reception is open from 7am – 7pm, seven days a week.

Yes, if you arrive after 7pm we can organise an after-hours check-in for you.

How many cars can I bring?

One car parking bay is allocated per reservation.

Where is the nearest general store?

A:
The nearest general store is the Coral Coast Supermarket, which is a two-minute drive from the resort. The shop offers a range of grocery items, fresh produce, fishing, and beach supplies.

What activities are there in Ningaloo?

There are so many bucket list activities to enjoy at Ningaloo.
Swim with the whale sharks, enjoy a day on the water kayaking, swimming, diving, or snorkelling, go fishing, book a whale watching tour and so much more.

Ningaloo Reef Resort is located just a short walk from the beach.

Do you have a restaurant or café on site?

Shades Cafe is no longer operational while we undertake the redevelopment. Stay tuned for exciting dining options coming soon.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for guest use.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have laundry facilities. Washing and drying machines are available for guest use for a small fee. Clotheslines are also available.

Is there accessible accommodation and is the resort wheelchair friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any accessible accommodation currently.

Yes, we offer BBQ facilities throughout the park.

Yes, we have a large swimming pool available, complete lounge seating.
Please remember to bring your own pool towels.

Yes, all linen is provided for you.
Please note that we do not offer pool towels, so you will need to bring these with you.

Yes, all accommodation options include cooking facilities.
