Do we need to bring linen to the villas?
No, linen and bath towels are provided. 

Can we have a fire?
No open fires are permitted at the Park, including fire pits and charcoal burners.

What time can check in?
11am for powered and unpowered sites, 2pm for villas.

 Is there anywhere to leave our dog while we visit the Pinnacles?
Yes, the Rangers have some cages that can be hired in Cervantes.

Can we bring our pet/dog?
Yes, pets are welcome on our sites however not in or around our villas or communal areas including the pool, recreation room and camp kitchens.  Pets are also most welcome in the outdoor area at Seashells Café. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a Pet Policy form.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?
Yes, dogs are permitted on the beach to the south of the caravan park.

How far to the Pinnacles?
A 15- 20 minute drive.

What time do the Pinnacles open and how much does it cost to enter?
The Pinnacles are always open and the cost is $13 per vehicle.

Are there any shops in Cervantes?
Cervantes has a general store, newsagency, bottle shop, hardware store and pharmacy. 

Are we close to the beach?
Yes, RAC Cervantes Holiday Park is located on the beach.

Is the pool heated?
Yes, heating was installed in May 2018.
