- Are your Karri Valley caravan sites pet-friendly?
No, we do not offer pet-friendly caravan sites as our resort is situated within a national park where pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.

- Do your Karri Valley caravan sites have power and water?
Yes, our powered sites and ensuite sites include 240 volts/15-amp power and a tap with fresh water.
Please note, the use of generators is not permitted within the park.
- Do the Karri Valley ensuite sites receive housekeeping services?
Housekeeping is only provisioned for stays of seven nights or longer.
There are laundry facilities with washing and drying machines available for guest use, for a small fee.
- Is there parking available?
One car parking bay is allocated per reservation.
Should you require additional parking for other vehicles (including boats or trailers), please get in touch with our team ahead of your stay to check availability.
- Will my site have Wi-Fi access?
Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for guests to use, but please be aware there are black spots.
Phone coverage is limited at the resort. Only Telstra services work.

If you stay in our caravan park, you are invited to make the most of our exciting resort activities, which are all within a 20-minute walk or short bike ride. - What is available in your general store?
We have a range of products available for your convenience, including cold drinks, ice creams, breakfast items, tea, coffee, and other condiments.
