Hours of operation
Our reception is open daily from 8am – 6pm. Check out time is 10am. Please see reception if you would like to request a late checkout.Amenities
Bathrooms, parent rooms and laundries are located throughout the park and are open 24 hours a day. Children under the age of 12 must be always accompanied by an adult.Bicycles
Bikes and scooters can be used throughout the property if protective gear and helmets are worn. Please ensure that road rules are observed, and bicycles are not ridden at the main entrance/exit area. Children must be always supervised, and usage is to be limited to daylight hours only.Camp kitchen
Please refer to the park map for our kitchen’s locations. As courtesy for other users, please leave the area in a tidy condition. There are sinks in the camp kitchen for the purpose of washing dishes only. There are also barbecues located throughout the park, please refer to the park map for locations.Change
Coin change for use in the laundries is available at the reception during office hours.Dog Wash
Pamper your pet after a day at the beach with our onsite dog wash, located at the western entry of the games room. Please refer to park map.Dump Point

An onsite general store is available in our reception building for all your basic needs such as bread, ice, milk and newspapers.Fish cleaning
We don’t not have a fish cleaning station onsite. In respect to all of our guests, we ask that you refrain from cleaning and scaling fish in our camp kitchens. There is a public fish cleaning station located at the Esperance Tanker jetty, a short walk from the park. Please ensure that you clean up after yourself and ensure you are being respectful of the next user.Pets
We love welcoming your furry family members. For the enjoyment and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted in communal areas such as camp kitchens, recreation rooms or playgrounds, Pets must be on a lead and always accompanied by their owners.Housekeeping
All cabins staying 7 days or longer will receive a mid-stay service and linen change.Laundry
Please refer to the park map for laundry locations. Washing powder is available for a small charge from the reception.Pool
Children under the age of 12 are to be fully supervised. Pool is open from 7.30am and closes at sunset and may close at any time if weather or health conditions warrant. No alcohol or glass is allowed in the pool area at any time.Note: Our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty.

Please take the time to read safety notices and signs throughout the park. We ask all guests to ensure they are always mindful of the following:- Lock security doors and windows
- Ensure all valuables are out of view
- Report any suspicious activity to reception
- Report any incidents to reception as soon as possible
- If at any time you feel unsafe or threatened, please advise reception immediately or
- Report any faults or damage such as broken locks, windows or lights to reception as soon as possible so the issue can be rectified.

Only use 15A leads on powerheads - Do not overload connection by excessive use of power boards or double adaptors
- Do not leave lithium-ion batteries such as e-rideables unattended, on charge overnight or for extended periods.

Hit the beach
For a safe and patrolled beach day, Twilight Beach lies 7 km west of Esperance. Patrols run every Sunday from the beginning of December to the end of March from 9am – 3.30pm, and during summer public holidays. Always swim between the red and yellow flags.Ocean Lagoons – Tucked away and waiting for you to discover them, Esperance has some brilliant natural ocean pools. When the tides are right, they’re perfect for families with small children as the water is usually calm and shallow. Located along the Great Ocean Drive you’ll find: Nine Mile Lagoon, Ten Mile Lagoon and Eleven Mile Lagoon.
Abilities Playground – James Street Precinct
A playground built for children of all abilities in a secure environment. Offers views of the ocean, bathrooms, shade shelters and BBQ facilities.Esperance Skate Park – The Esplanade
