Our reception is open 7 days a week from 8am – 6pm. Check out time is 10am.

Complimentary Wi-fi is available for all guests. Password is racexmouth
Amenities
We have five amenity blocks located throughout the park, and they are open 24 hours a day. All children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Kiosk & souvenirs
A small kiosk and souvenir shop are located in the reception building. The shop sells a range of products for your convenience including ice, cold drinks, ice creams, breakfast items, tea & coffee and other condiments. There are also a large range of souvenirs and gifts available. Masks and snorkels are available for hire.
Open daily from 8am – 6pm; 8.30am – 5pm in summer.
Camp kitchen
The are two camp kitchens open from 7am – 10pm daily. Please refer to the park map for the camp kitchen’s location. As courtesy for other users, please leave the area in a tidy condition. There are sinks in the camp kitchen for the washing of dishes only. The nearest fish cleaning station is located at the boat ramp, a short 5-minute drive from the property. There are also barbecues located throughout the park, please refer to the park map for locations. Should you wish to borrow utensils, crockery or cutlery, these are available from reception at a small cost.
Housekeeping
A mid-stay service will be delivered for accommodation bookings staying 7 days or more. Should you require additional toiletries or supplies during your stay, please contact reception during operating hours.
Laundry
Open from 7am – 9pm. Please refer to the guest map washing machines and dryers are coin operated and change is available from reception during operating hours. Washing powder dispensers are available in several laundries.
Pool
Children under the age of 12 should be supervised at all times and are not permitted in the pool area with a parent or guardian present. The pool is open from 8am to sunset and may close at any time if weather or health conditions warrant. No alcohol, glass, smoking, or vaping is allowed in the pool area at any time.
The safety of our members and our highest priority, particularly around the water. Note: Our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty.
Pet friendly
We have a designated Pet Area for guests who are camping. No pets are permitted in the accommodation or communal areas.
Bicycles
Bikes and scooters can be used throughout the property so long as protective gear and helmets are worn. Please ensure that the road rules are observed and followed, and bicycles are not ridden around the main entrance/exit area or through games room or camp kitchens.
Business services
A small range of business services are available at reception such as photocopying, printing and scanning for a small fee. Please see reception during operating hours.
Recreation room
Our park features an entertainment precinct including a state-of-the-art camp kitchen and recreation room.
Change
Coin change for use in the laundries is available at reception.
Accessibility facilities.
Accessible shower and toilet facilities are available at both amenities blocks location on Marlin Stretch. Our property provides rooms that are equipped with conveniences for guests with special needs. Please contact reception during operating hours should you require any information.
Safety & security
Please take the time to read safety notices and signs throughout the park. We ask all guests to ensure they are always mindful of the following:
- Lock security doors and windows
- Ensure all valuables are out of view
- Report any suspicious activity to reception or by calling to night duty number: 0429 633 678
- Report any incidents to reception as soon as possible
- If at any time you feel unsafe or threatened, please advise reception immediately or call the night duty number
- Report any faults or damage such as broken locks, windows or lights to reception as soon as possible so the issue can be rectified.
Electricity and Lithium-Ion Battery Safety
- Only use 15A leads on powerheads.
- Do not overload connection by excessive use of power boards or double adaptors.
- Do not leave lithium-ion batteries such as e-rideables unattended, on charge overnight or for extended periods.
In the case of an emergency and for Police, Fire or Ambulance call 000 immediately.
