We’ll be firing up the smoker serving 12 hour slow smoked brisket & smoked handmade beef sausage, accompanied by a selection of homemade American style side dishes including mac ‘n cheese, smoked potato salad followed by Chef’s handmade desserts like pumpkin pie and peach cobbler.
