You’ll discover RAC Margaret River Nature Park nestled within the majestic karri trees and untouched native bushland of Wooditjup National Park. It’s easy to feel like you’re in a remote bush camp, even though the bustling hub of Margaret River Town centre is only a quick 5-minute drive away.
You can relax into the camping experience, knowing you’re only a short drive away from exploring the world-class wineries, beaches, and natural wonders of the Margaret River Region.

With a range of accommodations such as an eco-lodge, cosy cabins or one of our safari tent offerings, there’s something to suit everyone.
The Modern Safari Tents are our pick for a truly unique camping experience. These plush tents, accommodating up to 6 people, offer a comfortable and spacious option for couples, families or a group getaway.
Featuring a large double bed and two bunk beds, the Modern Safari Tents are powered and boast modern amenities like a fridge, heater or fan and all linen and towels are included.
Each Modern Safari Tent has a private deck facing the forest, making it the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee, read a book or simply unplug.

You’ll find the shared camping facilities and amenities don’t compromise on comfort.
From the large timber camp kitchen that comes equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials, including a toaster, kettle, oven and undercover barbeques.
There are two separate large amenity blocks – one of which features contemporary rain showers!
Other cosy conveniences include the communal fire pits near the camp kitchen. Or, why not hire one of our portable fire pits? You’ll be toasting marshmallows mere footsteps from your Modern Safari Tent (subject to fire restrictions).
If you’ve forgotten any essentials, from firewood to the all-important marshmallows, make a beeline to the small kiosk at Reception.
Outdoor adventures
Mountain biking enthusiasts are in for a treat, with the Wooditjup Trails accessible directly from RAC Margaret River Nature Park. Younger explorers will also love the on-site adventure playground.
Hire a bike from Reception, and take a laid-back ride into town via the Wadandi Track. Pop into the local weekend Farmers Market, browse the local boutiques, or grab a sweet treat from the lively Margaret River Bakery.
When lunchtime beckons, walk or cycle to the nearby Margaret River Brewhouse for a relaxed meal in the sunshine on their outdoor patio.
