Seasonal bookings must be requested within 7 days of your arrival for your current stay. Guests staying onsite will receive an SMS after arrival with a link to the online repeat booking request form.

You will need to have the following information ready to fill in the online form:

• Current booking reference
• Number of adults and children, infants pets
• Contact details

Once submitted, our Reservations team will review your request and confirm availability via email.

Yes. A one-night non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure a repeat booking.

Payment must be made within 72 hours of us confirming availability to you. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking request will be cancelled.

Requests to extend a seasonal booking can be submitted, however:

• Extensions are not guaranteed
• Requests are assessed closer to the public release date for that period
• If an extension can be offered, you will be notified and are required to confirm within 72 hours

If you cancel your current seasonal booking, any future seasonal bookings will be automatically forfeited.

Seasonal bookings cannot be held across multiple years or rolled over. If you wish to book again after cancelling, you will need to wait until the public release date for that period and make a new booking, subject to availability.

Early departure from your current stay may result in an adjustment to your seasonal booking dates for the following year.

You may request a preferred site number, however site numbers are not guaranteed. Site allocations are not confirmed until arrival. We will always do our best to accommodate preferences where possible.

We have set check-in and check-out days during the season as well as minimum night stays. The following parameters apply:

• 31/05 – 30/08: arrivals and departures only permitted on Monday and Friday for sites
• 15/05 – 1/10: 2-night minimum stay on 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom cabins
