Ongoing cyclone updates
RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park update
Information updated as of 10 April 2026.
Due to the devastating impacts of Tropical Cyclone Narelle, RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park will remain closed for arrivals until 15 June 2026. In addition, our budget cabins (shared and external bathrooms) have been damaged to a level that they are no longer suitable for guests.
As a result, we are sorry to advise that all bookings effected will be cancelled and we will process refunds of all payments as soon as possible.
If you have booked through a third party, you may also need to request cancellation through the third party portal, such as booking.com or Expedia.
If you would like us to rebook your stay for the same period next year, please get in touch with us by email reservations@racexmouthcape.com.au
The park was severely damaged by Cyclone Narelle and requires extensive clean‑up, repair and safety works. Our priority is to ensure the park is safe, fully operational and well presented before welcoming members and guests back.
We understand this may disrupt travel plans and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
