Check-in from 2pm daily. Reception is open until 7pm, if you are arriving outside of reception hours you can register for contactless check-in.

Check-out is at 10am daily.

One car is permitted per reservation. Visitors may leave their car in the guest car park.

Payment info

You are able to pay via credit card, gift card or payment plan. When booking online, you will be asked to pay 1 nights deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is required 3 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is within 7 days of your booking being placed, you will be required to pay in full upfront.

Booking cancellations

You can cancel your booking up to 72hrs prior to arrival without penalty. Bookings cancelled within 72hrs of arrival will incur the cost of your first night’s stay.

Q Can I request to stay next to my friends or family?

Our website does not currently allow you to make group bookings.

For your best chance to secure side by side accommodation or sites, we recommend that each family book their own site/accommodation and then have a representative of your group email our team with your groups booking numbers at the earliest convenience. Our team will then endeavour to situate you next to each other. Please allow 3-5 business days for an email response.

Q When can I book school holidays?

Q How do I claim my RAC member discount?

When booking online, enter your RAC member number in step 2 of the booking process. You can find your RAC member number on your member card, on your bill or by logging into myRAC. The RAC member discount is only available when booking direct.

Q What is RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 72hrs prior to your arrival without penalty.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival will forfeit the cost of your first night’s stay.

No, we do not have caravan or camping sites available at the resort.

Instead, we offer a range of apartments and studios which you can book online.

Swim with the whale sharks, enjoy a day on the water kayaking, swimming, diving, or snorkelling, go fishing, book a whale watching tour and so much more.

Shades Cafe is no longer operational while we undertake the redevelopment. Stay tuned for exciting dining options coming soon.

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available for guest use.

Yes, we have laundry facilities. Washing and drying machines are available for guest use for a small fee. Clotheslines are also available.
