No, we are unable to offer pet-friendly accommodation at our resort. We appreciate your understanding.

Q What time is check-in/check-out at RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort?

Check-in is from 2pm, and check-out is by 10am.

Please note that our reception closes at 6pm. If you are arriving after this time, please get in touch with our team ahead of your stay to organise after-hours check-in.

Q What is RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 72hrs prior to your arrival without penalty.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival will forfeit the cost of your first night’s stay.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy for those who are unable to travel due to government imposed COVID-19 restrictions.
